This is my favorite song.....EVER. It's really a simple song with an awesome message. It's just a little reminder that Jesus cares for me, that He loves me. He loves me so much that He wrote a love song for me. This love song began at Calvary. ♥ That amazes me...my God amazes me...His love amazes me!

This woman amazes me! Her strength and her love for God is awesome! Her story reminds me to not take things for granted and to be thankful for the small things. Life is a wonderful thing, filled with beauty & wonder.....we should embrace it everyday, and be thankful for the path that is set before us, for God will be beside us, always, guiding our steps and leading the way!
Remember.....things won't always be easy, but God will always be there to lead you through!! He'll never give us more than we can handle. So, if you're going through it, God thinks you can handle it! He has faith in you!!! What an awesome thought!!!!!
I just wanted to share two videos that touched me today. The first made my cry; the second made me smile. They are both worth the few minutes it takes to watch.
Do you ever find yourself complaining about something then you look around and see someone in a worse condition than you? When I do this, I always try to remember what my Dad always says: "No matter how bad your situation is, you can always look around and see someone who is worse off than you." It kind of like that saying, "I cried because I had no shoes, until I met a man who had no feet."
I'm not really sure what all that has to do with this video, except that many times we take for granted what we have when there are others around us who are without. If you have a minute, watch this video, and listen to the words of this song. This is Gordon Mote. Gordon is an extraordinary musician. When you first listen it may seem as though you're listening to just another piano player. Not so. Gordon was born blind, and he first started playing the piano when he was only 3 years old. Today he is one of the most sought after piano players in Nashville. He has worked with Kenny Chesney, Braid Paisley, Alan Jackson & many others. He also travels with Bill Gaither and the Gaither Homecoming tours. This is a man with a talent that is truly God-given. I'm blessed everytime I hear him.

We used to sing this little song in Sunday school when I was a little girl. I like how this group took a simple children's song and used it to tell us what we (should) already know, that things don't just happen in an instant or overnight. The things we do every day, no matter how small, will eventually lead to something bigger. It's up to each of us individually to control every thought, every word and every action. We must think about how our thoughts, words and actions may affect others and ourselves. We may think that what we do now has no impact on anything else, but as the song says: People never crumble in a day.
