In Another Time

Sometimes I wish I would’ve

been born in a different time.

I absolutely love the clothes they wore on TV shows like

I Love Lucy and movies like Cat on a Hot Tin Roof,

Sabrina & My Fair Lady (those hats…I loved them!).

I would like to have lived

in the time when hats were

part of a woman’s everyday wardrobe.

These fashions from the 50’s—

the fitted tops and flowing skirts or dresses,

the fitted tops and straight skirts, hats & gloves—are so beautiful.

These ladies have plenty of style.

These styles are so feminine.

Why can't we dress like this today?
